The Wildlife Guardians Scheme

The Wildlife Guardians Scheme

We understand that every company is unique which is why when we create a Wildlife Guardianship package, we tailor it to reflect your corporate needs and business objectives. If you would like to discuss the scheme further, please contact the Development Team.

The minimum level of corporate support via the Wildlife Guardians scheme is £300. However a large proportion of organisations choose to support the Wildlife Trust at a higher financial level. We currently have over 40 Wildlife Guardians who support the Wildlife Trust through a range of initiatives, including:

Project Support

The Wildlife Trust’s portfolio of work is varied and there is a large variety of different projects that your organisation could become involved in, including:

Environmental and Conservation schemes
From Bed and Breakfast for birds, to grassland creation for blue butterflies we have a range of exciting and important conservation projects that require funding.

Education and Community outreach programmes
Approximately over 7,000 people per year take part in our Education and Community outreach programme. Activities range from school visits, summer holiday clubs, green rangers, Wildlife Watch, adult conservation courses etc. The cost of delivering the programme increases each year, therefore we are currently seeking additional corporate supporters to help fund a range of educational projects.

Nature Reserves and estates programme
We manger over 60 nature reserves across the county comprising over 800 hectares of valuable wildlife habitat ranging from wildflower meadows to ancient woodland. We are currently looking for business organisations to support our estates programme and to sponsor nature reserves.
